4.2 Payment: Consultation fees must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation otherwise this fee maybe subject to forefit.

4.3 Cancellation or Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
